Mr. Acerra has been with the Ben Harvey Construction for 20 plus years and holds a combined 35 years in the construction industry. Throughout his career Stephen has held various positions from purchasing agent and estimator to his current role as VP of Construction and Project Executive. His experience and high attention to detail has led to the completion of many commercial, industrial, and institutional projects being under budget and ahead of schedule. In addition to his project management role, Stephen oversees the development and continuation of client relationships on both new and completed projects. Mr. Acerra holds an AAS in Architectural Technology from Mercer County College and a BS in Construction and Civil Engineering Technology from NJIT.
Bill Coyne has been with the Ben Harvey Construction for close to 20 years and has been working in the construction industry for 35 plus years. Bill is a master craftsman; therefore, he approaches every project with a hands-on perspective. Prior to joining the company, Bill worked his way up from carpenter to site superintendent and project estimator to finally settling into a senior project manager role. Mr. Coyne’s drive for completing a project the right way the first time around is unprecedented. Throughout his tenure with the Benjamin R. Harvey Company, Bill has successfully completed some of the largest projects in company history.
Chait has been with the Ben Harvey Construction for 10 years and holds a career of 15 plus years in the construction industry. His experience in cost estimating has allowed the company to be awarded many unique and prominent projects. Chait’s knowledge of architectural design as well as his dedication to both the company and construction industry is what truly sets him apart from the everyday estimator. He holds a BA in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, JNTU in Hyderabad, India, and a Master’s in Construction Management from Florida International University.
Susan has been with Ben Harvey Construction since 2015 and has a total of 20 years in the construction industry. She is the right-hand woman to the senior project managers, which ultimately helps drive each project to completion. Susan provides critical support at all stages of our projects; from permits to document control to subcontractor coordination, she is hands-on in every aspect. In addition to her project management role, Susan assists the estimating department during the bid process for public projects. Ms. Haley is a graduate of the Ecole’ de Cuisine LaVarenne Culinary School in Paris, France. Prior to beginning her career in the construction industry, she managed one of Boston’s most popular and critically acclaimed restaurants.
